Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, attractive, and fully functional for residents in Houston. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems while coordinating with the Maintenance Lead.

This role emphasizes strong communication, safety, and customer service as you work with residents, vendors, and staff.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification Type I and II required.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances and HVAC systems.
• Assist with vacancy turnover and unit readiness.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety and curb appeal of properties.
• Maintain records of service requests and repairs.
