Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain multi-family properties by responding to service requests and completing repairs promptly, with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience and EPA Section 608 certification (HVAC) or HVAC certification; OSHA10/30 and CPO certifications are a plus. Occasional travel up to 10% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification or HVAC certification required.
• Effective communication with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to report time accurately and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of the property and perform repairs.
• Respond to service requests promptly and accurately.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
• Perform building maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Occasionally work outside normal hours to address issues.
• Clock in and out to report time worked.
