Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerants.
• HVAC certification such as HVAC Excellence or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) beneficial.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform repairs promptly.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property.
• Operate hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Carry out building maintenance and repairs.
• Report time worked accurately and on time.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
