RELATED is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician in Denver, Colorado, to ensure our affordable housing community, Trees-Maple, runs smoothly. This role involves addressing maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs.

The selected candidate will assist with emergency repairs, maintain property standards, and interact positively with residents. If you have at least 1 year of maintenance experience and a commitment to quality service, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
• Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
• Reliable and committed to doing the right thing.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure buildings are safe and functional.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds.
