Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance at the Westminster, CO property. This hands-on role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with on-call requirements and potential weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC).
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues before escalation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
