Job summary

Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance, address resident requests, and prepare market-ready apartments. You will maintain grounds and common areas while ensuring compliance with building standards.

The role requires troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC as applicable, plus the ability to work a Tue-Sat shift from 10am to 7pm. A High School diploma is required and effective English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work and general repairs.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
• Scheduled Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-7pm; Off Sunday & Monday.
