Job summary

The Franklin Group is actively seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our Charlotte, NC properties. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and other systems, ensuring safe and functional communities for residents.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to resident requests, manage supplies, and uphold safety and professional standards across the site. A valid driver's license and hands-on experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• HVAC certification preferred; CAMT recommended.
• Fair Housing Certification within 14 days of hire.
• HVAC knowledge and maintenance skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property buildings and grounds ensuring efficient operation.
• Diagnose problems and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Respond promptly to work orders and communicate status to management.
• Perform routine maintenance and prepare units for occupancy.
• Maintain supplies, tools, and safety standards in all areas.
