Job summary

The Franklin Group in Ladson, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the operation and upkeep of our multifamily community. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems while maintaining common areas and amenities.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing routine maintenance on vacant units, and ensuring safe, professional operations in line with OSHA standards. On-site role with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety rules.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related repairs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property buildings and grounds and diagnose/repair systems.
• Respond to resident work orders promptly and communicate status.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive tasks on units and amenities.
• Operate safely following OSHA standards and company policies.
• Maintain tools, inventory, and cleaning of work areas.
