Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain property buildings and grounds. You will diagnose problems and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, and ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

This role requires sustaining adherence to safety policies, being available on-call, and delivering courteous, professional service to residents. The position pays $17.00–$27.00 per hour, with responsibilities across multiple building systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required for this position.
• CAMT certification is recommended.
• Fair Housing Certification required within 1 day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident work orders and notify management upon completion.
• Maintain daily repair and upkeep of the community.
• Perform routine maintenance in vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment owned by the community/company.
• Keep work area, tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Operate within OSHA standards and safety policies.
