Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification required.
- CPO certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and driving record.
Responsibilities
- Complete resident work orders and repairs promptly.
- Estimate time, materials, and scope of repairs.
- Respond to maintenance needs across multiple disciplines.
- Coordinate work by outside contractors when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and Fair Housing regulations.
- Perform regularly scheduled preventive maintenance.
