Job summary

HNN Communities in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role covers upkeep of the community, repairs, and make-ready tasks in a fast-paced property management setting.

You will complete work orders, maintain safety standards, and support a responsive, resident-focused operation with a schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders within policy timelines.
• Prepare make-ready apartments and perform general repairs and checks.
• Maintain grounds, pool, and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
