Job summary

HNN Communities seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple Everett, WA communities. The role requires completing work orders, turning units, and maintaining common areas to meet safety and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance-related experience or one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders and unit turns within standard timelines.
• Prepare make-ready apartment homes including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs.
