Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX to deliver skilled repairs and turnover work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, ensuring timely service and a safe environment for residents.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and willingness to work on-call hours. EPA certification is preferred; valid driver's license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnovers within 3–5 business days with turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas and assist with exterior building upkeep.
• Monitor building exterior and assist preventive maintenance program.
• Log new tools/equipment into inventory and keep work area clean and safe.
• Observe safety rules and participate in on-call duties.
