Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Multifamily Maintenance Technician in Houston, TX. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, handle apartment turnover, and maintain common areas and exterior property condition.

You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safety and preventive maintenance, with potential for advancement to a supervisory role. Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a strong maintenance background; EPA certification is

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Execute apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Perform common area maintenance (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, pressure washing, windows).
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues and safety concerns.
• Support preventive maintenance program for assigned area.
• Maintain safe condition of all equipment and structures; manage inventory of tools/equipment.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; observe safety rules.
• Willing to work on-call hours.
