Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance related experience, preferably as a Maintenance Technician.
• Competent in all aspects of maintenance operations including electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, and carpentry.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the community.
• Complete work orders within expected timeframe.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
