Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kent, WA to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the property. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to uphold high standards for property quality and curb appeal, including preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

The role offers hourly pay between $27.00 and $30.00, with opportunities for renewal bonuses at the assigned property.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds.
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas and common spaces.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and notify management of delays.
