Job summary

DevCo Residential is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Lakewood, WA. You will maintain the community, complete work orders, and prepare make-ready apartments while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include general repairs, landscape tasks, and responding to after-hours emergencies. The role requires at least one year of maintenance experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance related experience, preferably as a Maintenance Technician.
• Competent in electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting.
• Able to provide exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders within policy timelines.
• Prepare make-ready apartments (painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying).
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas to keep them safe and clean.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and inspections as required.
