Job summary

DevCo Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Federal Way, WA. The position requires hands-on property maintenance, completing work orders, and preparing vacant units to meet standards.

You will maintain grounds and facilities, perform repairs, and ensure safety compliance while delivering excellent resident service and timely communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance related experience.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry and painting.
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders within policy timeframes.
• Prepare make-ready apartment homes (painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying).
• Maintain community grounds, pool and spa, and common areas.
• Perform regular lighting checks and repairs.
• Ensure safety documentation is up to date.
