Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kent, WA to perform maintenance and repairs to uphold property quality and curb appeal. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor in preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and on-call duties.

The role offers hourly pay of $27.00–$30.00 DOE, with potential renewal bonuses at the property. You will work on-site at multifamily communities and help ensure units are rent-ready quickly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; regular travel between properties is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Assist with pool, spa, laundry, recreation areas, offices and common areas upkeep.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy.
• Respond to tenant service requests within 24 hours and communicate delays.
