Job summary

DEVCO RESIDENTIAL GROUP is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for their Seasons property in Auburn, WA. This role involves maintaining the property's physical condition, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting residents while ensuring safety and operational standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of maintenance experience and a solid understanding of various maintenance tasks. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a range of benefits including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance related experience, preferably as a Maintenance Technician.
• Competent in maintenance operations including electrical and plumbing.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders within the expected timeframe.
• Prepare make-ready apartment homes including painting and repairs.
• Maintain community grounds, pool, and common areas.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as assigned.
