Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance-related experience, preferably as a Maintenance Technician.
• Competent in all aspects of maintenance operations including electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders promptly according to company standards.
• Prepare make-ready apartments including repairs and cleaning.
