Responsibilities

• Prepares Market Ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities in clean, safe condition.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor for action.
• Performs scheduled maintenance and attends required trainings.
• Delivers superior customer service and represents Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
• Dresses per company appearance standards and safeguards tools/equipment.
