Legacy Partners, Inc. is seeking a full-time on-site Maintenance Technician to manage daily upkeep of our apartment communities. The role requires availability for on-call emergencies and works Monday through Friday.

You will perform general repairs, painting, cleaning, turnovers, preventative maintenance, and safety-related tasks while maintaining records and supporting residents. Collaboration with management and shift teams is essential.

Qualifications

• General maintenance skills across appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures.
• Light carpentry and painting tasks to prepare apartments.
• Experience with cleaning common areas and grounds upkeep.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance – repair appliances, plumbing, electrical items.
• Painting & Carpentry – paint interiors/exteriors, fix doors/windows.
• Cleaning & Grounds – clean apartments, sweep, mop, pick up trash.
• Apartment Turnovers – prepare units for new residents and inspections.
• Preventative Maintenance – schedule and perform routine checks.
• Records & Compliance – maintain logs, work orders, vendor oversight.
• Resident Support – communicate during service calls and educate residents.
• Team Leadership – supervise staff, lead safety meetings.
• Team Collaboration – coordinate inspections and training, support ops.
