Qualifications

• Must have strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and appliance repairs.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across building systems.
• Maintain property grounds daily and prepare vacant units.
• Inventory and care for supplies and equipment.
• Work on-call as needed and report safety concerns.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to safety policies.
