Job summary

Quest Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings and grounds for our multifamily properties in the Baltimore area. This on-site role includes routine repairs, on-call duties, and ensuring a professional appearance and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of maintenance experience, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related trades, and the ability to prepare vacant units for occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and fixtures.
• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Responsible to maintain the grounds on daily basis.
• Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all personal tools.
• Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
