Job summary

Quest Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep property buildings and grounds in top condition. You will handle routine repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and more, while ensuring a clean, safe, and professional property environment.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Experience in multifamily property maintenance preferred.
• On-call availability and snow removal capabilities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and fixtures.
• Maintain daily upkeep of property and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual or extraordinary conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance at all times.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
