Trinity Property Consultants in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support our multifamily properties. You will perform routine repairs, basic maintenance, and make-ready tasks to maintain property value and resident satisfaction.

The role offers Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call as needed and opportunities to learn trade skills for advancement within the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
