Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, perform routine repairs, and develop essential trade skills for advancement within multifamily maintenance. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable on-site presence.

Applicants should have 1+ year in maintenance, beginner exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED; High-Rise property experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs; replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance; support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and respond to on-call or emergency service requests.
