You will perform basic maintenance tasks, handle make-readies, touch-ups, and respond to on-call emergencies while developing broader trade skills for advancement within the team.

This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as safety-conscious work habits.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate hand and basic power tools to complete minor repairs.
• Understanding chemical safety procedures.
• Basic computer and mobile literacy and familiarity with work-order systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a basic tool kit.
