Trinity Property Consultants in Virginia Beach is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, perform routine services, and develop essential trade skills for advancement in multifamily maintenance. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation. Candidates should have 1+ year maintenance or porter experience and a high school diploma or GED; pay is $20–$22 per hour, with lease-renewal bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow all company safety protocols.
• Maintain a basic personal tool kit.
• Complete required training and compliance courses.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
