• Two years' experience in a maintenance field.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

• Punctuality and attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
• Work on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts and materials.
