Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems (e.g., door entry, fire suppression).
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and keep properties well-presented.
• Complete daily resident work orders and respond to on-call after hours.
• Assist neighboring properties as needed and attend regional/corporate trainings.
