Fairway Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Tech II for Woodbury Place I & II in O'Fallon, MO. This full-time role runs 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with after-hours on-call as needed.

You will perform unit turns, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to keep our affordable housing communities in top shape. Required experience includes 3+ years in multifamily or related maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or related settings.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Knowledge of REAC/INSPIRE inspection preparation is beneficial.
