Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on our Citrus Heights properties. You will handle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks while addressing resident needs and ensuring safety and quality.

This on-site, full-time role offers a pathway to the Lead Maintenance Technician position. Requires 4+ years in maintenance, 1+ year HVAC experience, HVAC and EPA certifications preferred, and a valid

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
