Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee work orders, and ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards. You will manage inventories, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to budget planning while upholding company policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires supervision experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA standards knowledge and MSDS familiarity.
• Technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and hire/train staff.
• Process work orders and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect work and ensure vendor compliance.
• Manage inventory and help set maintenance budget.
• Complete preventative maintenance monthly.
