Job summary

The Franklin Group in Poquoson, VA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at Flats at Legacy and oversee daily property upkeep. You will manage inventory, respond to work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and ensure OSHA safety standards while coordinating with the Community Manager.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (3–5 years related experience acceptable); HVAC certification preferred; CAMT and Fair Housing training within 1 day of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience may be acceptable.
• HVAC certification required; CAMT recommended.
• Fair Housing Certification required within 1 day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and daily operational tasks.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and deliveries for maintenance and grounds.
• Respond to work orders and coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work, train staff, and monitor performance.
