Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and order supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Respond to work orders and complete preventive maintenance.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work and schedule product reviews.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Maintain tools and equipment and enforce professional appearance.
• Coordinate on-call rotation and staff training.
• Communicate with vendors and manage insurance certificates.
