Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Casa del Rio Seco. The role delivers quality move-in, resident satisfaction, and timely service to residents while handling a variety of maintenance tasks across properties.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver's license; travel to multiple properties and on-call emergencies are required.

Qualifications

• Prepares market-ready apartments and performs maintenance to ensure a quality product for residents.
• Responds to resident service requests and ensures timely, high-quality service.
• Knowledge of plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and life safety.
• Maintains grounds and common areas and performs on-call emergency procedures.
• Follows state, local, and federal housing laws and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares apartments including painting and repairs for move-in.
• Completes resident service requests promptly.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Reports issues affecting budget or safety to the property manager.
• Assists with life safety compliance and training.
• Provide superior customer service and professional representation of Cushman & Wakefield.
