Qualifications

• 2+ years in a multifamily maintenance supervisory role with knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exteriors and appliances.
• EPA and CPO certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance needs to keep community running smoothly and residents comfortable.
• Maintain appearance and safety of the property and manage work orders using software and apps.
• Lead and develop a team, build vendor partnerships, and manage budgets.
