Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on delivering high-quality move-ins, fast service, and attentive resident care.

On-site duties include plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry and routine maintenance to keep communities safe and welcoming. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of related experience, and relevant certifications such as EPA 608 Type II and CPO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience in maintenance preferred.
• EPA 608 Type II certification and CPO or local city certificate required.
• Must be able to read and interpret manuals and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs and cleaning.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry) and basic repairs.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and amenities; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervisor.

Skills

Valid Driver's license

Ability to read/understand documents
