Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to own service at the property, handle resident work orders, and supervise a small team. Respond to requests promptly and participate in preventative maintenance including pool and exterior lighting.

You must have at least three years of multifamily maintenance experience, 1–2 years supervisory experience, refrigeration cert (Type 2 or universal) and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Refrigeration certification (Type 2 or universal) desirable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPO certification is a plus; knowledge of OneSite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting and inspections.
• Use hand tools and test equipment to perform maintenance tasks, lift and move items as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and inventory all supplies and equipment.
