Qualifications

• General knowledge of apartment maintenance required.
• Supervise maintenance team and delegate responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare apartments, run work orders, and handle on-call emergencies.
• Supervise maintenance staff and delegate tasks.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance.
• Perform safety inspections weekly and monthly.
• Address tenant service requests promptly (within 24 hours).
• Maintain curb appeal; coordinate with landscaping and grounds crew.
• Respond to emergency calls including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
