Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a maintenance supervisor for our Pensacola, FL property. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident service, completing service requests, and potentially moving into a supervisory position.

A valid driver’s license is required, with responsibilities spanning pool maintenance, grounds, and appliance upkeep. Compensation includes a pay range of $34/hour, on-site work, and benefits like paid time off, holidays, health coverage, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Own and supervise at the property, provide excellent customer service.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with pool maintenance, grounds, appliances.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the property operations and resident services.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Assist in supervisory duties and lead by example.
• Maintain pool, grounds, and appliances; support preventative maintenance.
• Keep tools and supplies organized and secured.
