Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Pensacola, FL. The role pays $34/hour and includes strong benefits. You will lead maintenance activities, respond to resident requests, and oversee preventative maintenance across pools, exteriors, and appliances.

We value on-site expertise, customer service, and a proactive supervisor mindset. Candidates with EPA/CPO credentials or a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Experience supervising a team preferred.
• Experience with pool maintenance, grounds, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Maintain pool, grounds, and appliances.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Respond timely to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment; care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment.
