Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in apartment/maintenance.
• Strong communication and delivery skills with residents, team, and vendors.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

• Oversee maintenance team and evaluate performance.
