Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC in Augusta, GA is seeking a Community Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment community. The role covers hands-on trades, resident service response, and staff supervision.

Candidates should have at least three years of multifamily maintenance experience, 1-2 years supervisory exposure, and relevant refrigeration/CPO certifications. On-call participation with occasional weekend/night shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Refrigeration and CPO certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and higher level maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Be available for on-call work including weekends and nights.
• Assist in preventative maintenance tasks for pools, lighting, inspections.
• Maintain orderly work areas and inventory supplies.
