Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to support properties in Orlando, Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. You’ll own your role, lead service requests, and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive maintenance and responsive communication.

Expect involvement with pool and grounds maintenance, appliance upkeep, and preventive tasks, while maintaining professionalism. EPA or CPO certification is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident service requests.

Responsibilities

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
