Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the optimal functioning of multifamily property systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, elevators, and more. This role requires leadership, problem solving, and cost-conscious decision making while driving continuous process improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment needs, and bid management for maintenance projects.
• Anticipate problems and oversee preventive actions to meet safety and operations standards.
• Provide leadership and development for the maintenance team, including scheduling and performance.
• Direct all maintenance work orders and unit turns with strong customer service for residents.
• Complete unit inspections and maintain orderly documentation.
• Manage basic tools inventory and cost-effective supply usage.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems prior to repairs.
• Repair issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, etc.
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
