Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Des Moines, IA to oversee building systems, lead a skilled maintenance team, and ensure safe, efficient operations across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. Strong problem-solving, cost-conscious decisions, and leadership are essential.

The role requires 8+ years of facilities maintenance experience in multifamily or hospitality, with advanced trades in at least two areas and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification preferred.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set scope, technical specs, budget tracking, schedule, materials and equipment needs.
• Bid and manage subcontractors/vendors; plan and execute cost‑effective projects.
• Lead maintenance team scheduling, duties, and performance.
• Direct all maintenance work orders and unit turns with strong customer service.
• Complete unit inspections and maintain organized documentation.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems before repairs.
• Repair issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
