Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants seeks an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to ensure reliable operation of building systems across our apartment communities. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with planning, budgets, and contractor coordination while developing the facilities team.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades, plus EPA Universal Certification. Occasional overtime/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Supervisor in scope, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management for facility projects.
• Ensure physical condition of community meets operations and safety standards.
• Mentor facilities team members in diagnosing problems and repairs.
• Complete unit inspections and maintain documentation.
• Maintain inventory of basic personal tools and supplies.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems prior to repairs.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry as needed.
• Present a professional appearance aligning with company image.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
